The Monolith Smart Grid System

 It offers maximum flexibility when grilling by allowing you to divide the grilling surface into two halves with semi-circular accessories, so you can use it in different ways. From the heat deflector to the fat tray to the grill grate, you have complete control over their height. Simply grill directly over the charcoal on one side while using the other area indirectly with a heat deflector and a fat tray. The complete system has specially designed handles to make it quick and easy to remove and insert. Simply hook it onto the frame and start grilling!
