At FireFly Barbecue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flavorful purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our sauces and rubs, we offer a 30-day return policy for any damaged or incorrect items to ensure you get the best grilling experience.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our pitmasters at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Evidence
For items damaged during transit or incorrect shipments, please attach clear photos of the product and packaging to help us process your claim faster.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to our error or damage.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After we receive your item, we will either ship out a fresh replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
